We’ve ditched the wings for succulent & tender chicken breast pieces in a crispy panko crumb and generously smothered in a sticky & spicy vinegar based cayenne pepper buffalo hot sauce!

Topped with crispy sliced potato and a healthy handful of fibrous nutrient packed veggies including ranch corn and sweet peas for a tasty & tangy twist – YUM!

Our Pots are a MUST HAVE freezer filler (up to 12 months) and ready in just 6 minutes from frozen meaning you can enjoy a clean & convenient healthy meal that’s HIGH in PROTEIN & LOW in both sugar and calories whenever, wherever.

How to prepare:

Cook from frozen – Straight from the freezer to the microwave. Cook for 6 minutes, stir and ensure piping hot. Then you’re good to go!

Defrost first – The pots will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reduce cooking time and heat thoroughly in a microwave or pan.

Defrost & enjoy cold – Remember, all the ingredients in our pots are already fully cooked. If you have no way to heat, just thoroughly defrost and enjoy chilled.

Best kept frozen at -18ºC. Safe to defrost and store chilled for up to 3 days.  If defrosted and stored chilled for up to 3 days, safe to refreeze and then cook from frozen. 

Cooking Instructions

Microwave cook from frozen for 5 – 6 minutes (depending on  microwave strength) stir and cook for a further 1 minute or until piping hot. Please loosely open the lid on your pot when cooking to prevent steam build up.
If cooking from defrost, please reduce cooking time.
